During an interview with north west London rapper Da Flyy Hooligan, he documents the reason for the inclusion of the tribute track "Sean Price" on his new album 'S.C.U.M.'

Providing an extensive in depth account of how their relationship grew through the years, he describes how their first meeting backstage in London and subsequent recording session developed into a personal bond which would ultimately see the Brooklyn legend credit the young MC for his conversion to Islam.

In a series of very poignant recollections, their shared humour, respect and friendship is discernible culminating in rare video footage of the great man performing to his “little brother” on the Jazz Cafe stage followed by a further personal tribute to Bernadette Price.

"S.C.U.M.", which features Westside Gunn & Hus Kingpin, is available on CD and digital formats from online stores worldwide.

North west London rapper Da Flyy Hooligan has today released his new album "S.C.U.M." through Miami label 22 Entertainment.
Long considered as one of the most creative and gifted lyricists at the forefront of the UK's burgeoning rap scene, he also spent time in NYC where early comparisons dubbed him "the new Slick Rick" while working with the late Sean Price, Sav Killz, Prince Po and Dead Prez.

Featuring Westside Gunn and Hus Kingpin, "S.C.U.M." is produced entirely by one of England's hottest new emerging names Agor, his sophisticated and lavish soundscapes providing the perfect backdrop for charismatic portrayals of an irrepressible underclass. Stylish and compelling, a series of bold, satirical and uncomprimising rhymes intelligently depict contemporary aspirations, and reaffirms his international reputation as a serious force in rap's new wave.

New video "Velvet Cake" by northwest London rapper Da Flyy Hooligan, taken from his "F.Y.L.P.M." EP released earlier this year.
Produced by NCL TM, the beat blasts out a cacophony of brass and soul samples over which DFH gets creative delivering trademark dexterous wordplay and high calibre rhyme schemes. On the track title he simply states "When you've had the best red velvet cake from Lords Bakery in Flatbush, Brooklyn, you'll understand why I named this jawn - definitions of deliciousness".

Directed by The Ol' Cyruss in London, the theme of the video is an ode to Ghostface Killah's "Supreme Clientele" album cover, employing imagery as a pastiche of retro cinema and film noir.

Da Flyy Hooligan's new album "S.C.U.M." featuring Westside Gunn and Hus Kingpin releases worldwide on CD and digital formats through Miami label 22 Entertainment on October 27th.
